This can be a very disappointing situation but with the way that I take deposits, this scenario is inevitable. With that said, I do typically give you 3 options to choose from.

1. If a puppy of the opposite gender is available, I would give you the option to reserve that puppy instead.
2. You could transfer your deposit on to the next litter.
3. I could refund your deposit ($500).
